Our Week on Twitter and Instagram

This week we started to share inspiring, thought provoking and challenging quotes on both our Twitter and Instagram feeds. We hope you like them and that you get something from them.

It most certainly doesn’t mean you should accept them uncritically. Rather, take a moment to think about the quote and consider what it invokes in you. Do you get any feelings from it – perhaps a sense of being happy, sad, angry or frightened. Or something else?

Does the colour, background, image do anything?

You may wish to consider the implications of the quote – does it have a meaning for you? Does it prompt or nudge you to action, to change, to reflect, to explore?

From now on our intent is to do this daily (week days)…the aim is that it becomes a habit. No doubt there will be days we fail to manage it, because life does get in the way, but we’ll just get back on doing it.
